2006 second semester : COOL DOWN?

The second semester of 2006 looks like the world has to relax after the first 7 months when as we had seen together the petroleum crisis and diverse world tensions (Iran nuclear programme, Libanese crisis, Venezuella, Korean Crisis, Nigerian crisis etc...) were troubling the world stability.
September 2006, the world economy is apparently supposed to get better, growth, employment and stability are on every mouth, all over the world.
In France, maybe due to the election coming soon, the government and the opposition are focus on themselves already starting the competition to get the power.
Sarkozy against Villepin on the right and Royal, Jospin, Strauskahn, Lang, Fabius on the left....When are the French population going to get tired of this and ask for results?
For the rest of the world, China wants to work on bilateral relationship with Japan which just changed its prime minister...Maybe that could be the factor which is going to get Europe and North America out of the 5 first world country rank..who knows!!?Europe closed its barrier behind Bulgaria and Romania for a feedback on its capacity of absorption. Apparently 25 members is enough?...How long time for...?
At the same time, Benoit XVI is still giving apologize to the muslim world, showing its respect for Islam etc....
The world doesn't a clash between Christianism and Islam which could defenetly the worse thing happening right now in this context of "Stability"?....Stability you said?
